Meditation and the benefits
These days, I have an app that I’ve set for 20 minutes. There are several meditations to suit each individual's preferences, time, and needs. If I am stretched for time in the morning or throughout the day, I always have time in the evening before bed. It’s become a regular column in the balance amid a sometimes-hectic life.
